A graduate of the University of Alabama, Delaney has gained valuable experience working with organizations such as the Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Bruins, and various other hockey teams. She is also the creator of the annual Women in Sports Conference, which connects young women to industry leaders through panels, resources, and networking opportunities.
