For the first time in the sport’s history, Formula 1 hosted all ten teams at the O2 Arena for a special one-night event. F175 celebrated the sport’s 75th anniversary, with the teams, drivers, and principals unveiling the 2025 season liveries.

The event didn’t solely focus on motorsports, as multiple performers and other familiar faces were present. MGK and Kane Brown were among musicians who performed during the event leading up to livery reveals, with comedian Jack Whitehall hosting.
Racing fans would easily recognize other names, with Laura Winter, Lawrence Barretto, and Ariana Bravo joining Whitehall in commentary for the night.
F175 is a huge jump from typical team livery reveals, allowing fans to attend and watch live. Before this, teams hosted smaller, more private events to celebrate the team’s work and what to expect for the season ahead. This is a much larger scale event and only proves how big the sport has become in recent years.
The liveries were revealed in championship order from the bottom to the top, saving the reigning constructors’ champions for the finale. Each team had a distinct performance and aesthetic for their reveal.
Sauber kicked off the event with a symphony of drums and bright neon lights. The team didn’t only reveal their new designs, but also Gabriel Bortoletto and Nico Hulkenberg, who are both new members of the team for 2025.
Williams was an extremely anticipated team to see following Carlos Sainz’s introduction. The livery and race suits remain mostly the same from the previous season, but with a new title sponsor, Atlassian, to show off. It’s clear that the British team is looking to rebuild, and their new implementations prove that.

The Red Bull junior team sported a new look, with a white color scheme instead of its signature blue. With a rookie joining the team, Isack Hadjar, a rebrand seemed necessary moving forward into 2025.
The American-made team has two new drivers for the first time since 2021. Haas showcased their new designs, with a familiar look but with more paint. The team has made significant improvements in the last year, which could finally put them in a good spot to earn points and a good place in the team standings.
Alpine finally gave fans what they wanted, with a predominately pink and blue design. The days of exposed carbon are gone, and the bright colors will be seen on track for the year. With Jack Doohan and two new reserve drivers, there’s much to be expected from this team.
Aston Martin embraced the James Bond connection for their introduction, showing off their AMR25 livery. The design remains mostly the same as last season but features new fluorescent yellow side pods to enhance their track appearance.
With a young new driver replacing none other than Lewis Hamilton, Mercedes is a huge talking point in 2025. The British team unveiled their livery, with its signature silver and subtle traces of Tiffany green.
To no one’s surprise, Red Bull hasn’t changed their design much, opting to use what works best. However, they showed out with their reveal performance, bringing out a plethora of performers alongside Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson.

In perhaps one of the most highly anticipated moments of the night, Lewis Hamilton officially made his debut in Ferrari red. Ferrari unveiled the SF-25, their 2025 challenger with the iconic red color and new white detailing.

McLaren ended the night, unveiling a very similar design to the one that claimed the top spot in 2024. It seems the team opted for performance over aesthetics, keeping the same look for the car and race suits. The team isn’t known for sticking to the status quo, but this could mean big results moving forward.
This event marked a massive change for the sport, moving towards a marketable area and globalizing the fanbase. It may seem risky to some, but it’s the first step in growing the sport and making it more accessible to fans.
As the season is set to kick off next month, many storylines are expected for 2025. The new season of F1 officially begins on March 14 in Australia at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit.
